Tasting Note
Piercing, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc—passion fruit, pineapple and yellow grapefruit with boxwood and green-herb notes, saline minerality, vibrant acidity and a long, refreshing finish.

Western: grilled prawns, crab with herb butter, roast chicken, goat cheese, oysters. Asian: ceviche, sushi/sashimi, Thai green papaya salad, grilled seabass, Korean spicy seafood or shellfish dishes.

Production Method
Grapes from cool coastal Leyda vineyards grown at low yields; canopy management and early harvest. Cold-fermented in stainless steel with no oak aging to preserve fresh aromatics.
