Tasting Note
Deep ruby-red with aromas of plum, strawberry, cherries and blackberry, plus notes of pastry, dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla and toasted nuts; silky, rounded tannins and a full, juicy palate with a long finish.

Grilled/roasted beef, lamb chops, steak, pork chops, spaghetti Bolognese, mushroom risotto; Asian: stir-fried beef, Korean BBQ, char siu pork, spicy Sichuan dishes, teriyaki beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted; fermented in stainless/concrete, part matured 8–10 months in French oak (≈40% new), then blended and lightly filtered.
