Tasting Note
Deep ruby with ripe cherry, blackberry, black plum and dried fig, followed by vanilla, nutmeg, coffee and chocolate. Velvety, rounded tannins and a long, fruit-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lamb chops, pork chops, steak, spaghetti Bolognese, mushroom risotto, pizza. Asian: lomo saltado, Mongolian beef, stir‑fried beef, Korean BBQ, oven-roasted pork ribs.

Production Method
Fermented separately then blended (70/30). 47% of the wine aged 8 months in French oak (various use); modern vinification from estate parcels.
