Tasting Note
Golden, intensely aromatic — ripe lychee, tropical papaya, apricot and honey with floral chamomile notes; rich, creamy palate balanced by lively acidity and a long, honeyed finish.

Western: Roquefort/blue cheeses, foie gras, fruit tarts, apple or pumpkin tart, crème brûlée. Asian: mango sticky rice, coconut desserts, mildly spicy Thai curries, Chinese sweet-savory roast pork (char siu) and sesame pancakes.
