Tasting Note
Concentrated red and black fruits (raspberry, plum, cassis) with violet florals, cinnamon, nutmeg, tobacco and dark chocolate. Silky yet structured tannins, full-bodied with bright acidity and a long, spiced finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu, spicy Szechuan beef.

Production Method
Hand‑selected grapes, fermented in temperature‑controlled tanks, matured 18 months (≈80% new French oak, remainder used barrels). Limited production and released only when winemaker approves.
