Tasting Note
Concentrated black fruits (blackberry, cassis) with tobacco, leather, dark chocolate and spice. Plush, silky tannins, full-bodied and elegant with a long, polished finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stew, aged hard cheeses (Manchego, aged cheddar). Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Chinese char siu or spicy Szechuan beef, teriyaki beef, yakitori.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with extended maceration; aged ~18 months in French oak barrels before blending and bottling.
