Concentrated dark berry, cassis and plum with tobacco, dark chocolate, vanilla and cedar; floral lift and black pepper spice. Full-bodied, structured, silky yet firm tannins and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, temperature‑controlled fermentation with extended maceration and malolactic conversion; matured about 18 months in French oak (often new/first‑use barrels) before bottling.
