Tasting Note
Ruby-red; aromas of cherry, red plum, violets and wild flowers. Juicy palate with crushed red berries, subtle vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon; balanced acidity, round ripe tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Cool-climate grapes picked from coastal valleys. Fermented with gentle extraction; ~40% of the wine aged 10–12 months in French oak (portion new and used barrels).
