Tasting Note
Deep violet; concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and fig with crème de cassis, dark chocolate, tobacco and cayenne spice. Silky mouthfeel, rounded dusty tannins, generous acidity and a long, layered finish.

Grilled ribeye, braised lamb, spaghetti Bolognese, aged Manchego; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki beef.

Production Method
Sourced from Apalta and Marchigüe; fermented with controlled maceration and aged 12 months in French oak barrels (≈50% new).
