Tasting Note
Dark blackcurrant and cassis with blackberry, dark chocolate, tobacco, cedar and a touch of cayenne. Medium–full palate, fine-grained tannins and juicy mid-palate leading to a long, layered finish.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, hard cheeses; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki steak, miso-glazed eggplant.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless/concrete with malolactic fermentation; aged 12–14 months in French oak (≈50% new). Light filtration prior to bottling.
