Tasting Note
Concentrated black fruits (blackberry, plum, cassis) with notes of black pepper, tobacco, leather and dark chocolate; oak spice and vanilla. Full-bodied, ripe fruit core, firm dusty tannins and a long, layered finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled steak, roast lamb, beef stews, aged cheeses, mushroom risotto; Asian pairings: Korean BBQ, char siu, beef stir-fries, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef skewers.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented with selected yeasts and aged 12 months in French oak barrels (≈50% new).
