Tasting Note
Deep ruby with aromas of blackberry, cassis, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate and vanilla. Full-bodied palate with ripe black fruit, polished dusty tannins and a long, spice-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, braised lamb, aged Manchego, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, beef rendang, spicy Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel and concrete; aged ~12 months in French oak barrels (≈50% new). Grapes sourced from Colchagua; sustainable viticulture and careful blending.
