Tasting Note
Deep ruby with aromas of blackcurrant, fig, crème de cassis, dark chocolate, tobacco and cedar. Full-bodied, rich mid‑palate, fine-grained firm tannins, balanced acidity and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, T‑bone, roast leg of lamb, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Mongolian beef, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu/roast pork, spicy Sichuan beef, rich Cantonese red‑meat dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; fermented with extended maceration; aged ~12 months in French oak barrels (about 50% new); light fining and filtration prior to bottling.
