Tasting Note

Medium-bodied Burgundy Pinot Noir: red cherry, raspberry and ripe red berries with undernotes of earth, smoke and vanilla. Silky tannins, balanced acidity and a long, slightly spicy finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef stew, mushroom risotto, duck à l'orange. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (roast pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), soy-braised beef or moderate‑spiced Sichuan dishes.


Production Method

Biodynamically farmed; hand-harvested, 100% destemmed, traditional Burgundy open-top fermentation, aged ~15 months (c.12 months in oak, ~30% new), light filtration before bottling.
