Tasting Note

Medium-bodied Burgundy Pinot Noir with ripe cherry and raspberry, hints of violets, spice and a subtle Earl Grey/tea note; bright acidity, soft tannins and a mineral, pleasantly lingering finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested grapes from biodynamically-managed sites; 100% destemmed, traditional Burgundy fermentation in open thermo-regulated vats; aged 12–15 months in French oak with light filtration.
