Tasting Note

Bright cherry and raspberry, floral rose-violet notes, subtle spice and earth. Silky texture, lively acidity, fine tannins and a mineral-tinged finish.

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from higher-altitude Hautes-Côtes sites; traditional open-vat fermentation with gentle extraction, élevage in French oak (partial new oak) for 10–16 months; producer follows biodynamic/organic practices.
