Fresh red cherry and raspberry, violet and light baking spice, subtle earthy/forest-floor notes, medium-bodied with bright acidity, silky texture, discreet oak and a clean, moderate finish.

Production Method
Vines farmed organically/biodynamically; hand-harvested, fully destemmed, fermented in thermo-regulated vats (stainless/open), gentle extraction; aged ~12–15 months in French oak (minor % new).
