Tasting Note
Dense juniper core with warm mulberry-wood, vanilla and caramel, baking spice and pepper, bright citrus and lingonberry fruit, subtle sweetness and a long, spicy, slightly astringent finish.

Production Method
Small-batch maceration and Carter-Head/steam distillation of 47 botanicals; rested in earthenware, then matured ~6 months in new, lightly toasted 110L mulberry barrels (first-fill).
