Tasting Note
Pronounced juniper and bright citrus top notes, with tart lingonberry and floral lift, peppery spice and herbal complexity, spruce/woody undertones and a long, dry, racy finish.

Production Method
Small-batch copper pot distillation using 47 botanicals; combination of maceration and vapour infusion, rested in earthenware and cut with Black Forest spring water to 47% ABV.

Black Forest Distillers’ flagship brand created by Alexander Stein (launched ~2010). Famous for its 47‑botanical recipe, apothecary-style bottle; majority stake acquired by Pernod Ricard in 2016.
