Tasting Note
Golden, intensely aromatic Moscatel: dried apricot, orange peel, honey and white flowers. Lush, viscous palate of stone fruit, pineapple and citrus zest, balanced by fresh acidity and a long, spiced finish.

Food Pairing
Western: blue cheese, foie gras, almond tart, honey-roasted fruit, fruit tarts. Asian: mango sticky rice, Chinese mooncakes, Thai desserts, lightly spiced Szechuan dishes to contrast sweetness.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Moscatel grapes are sun-dried (asoleo) on paseras/esparto mats, pressed in traditional oil/olive presses, fermented with indigenous yeasts (stainless steel or 225L barrels) and aged in tank/bottle before release.

Vineyard Info
Molino Real, founded by Telmo Rodríguez and Pablo Eguzkiza (1995), revives Málaga's historic 'Mountain Wines' from nine hectares of old Moscatel bush vines planted on steep schist slopes around Cómpeta (350–1,000m).
