Tasting Note
Dry, aromatic Muscat: white flowers, orange zest, white pepper and herbal spice, with crunchy acidity, slate minerality and a long, dry finish.

Western: grilled prawns, seared scallops, roast chicken, goat or fresh cheeses, salads. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai seafood salad, Chinese steamed fish with ginger & scallion, light Korean seafood dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Moscatel pressed using esparto mats/olive press; fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and aged 9–12 months in bottle.
