Tasting Note
Bright pink with amber highlights. Intense red-berry aromas (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral rose and a touch of pepper. Juicy palate of red fruits and peach, creamy mousse, fresh menthol note and a crisp, lively finish.

Production Method
Méthode traditionnelle (in-bottle secondary fermentation). NV blend with 20–30% reserve wines; typically 40–50% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Meunier, 10–20% Chardonnay. Aged ~21 months on lees; dosage ~7 g/L.
