Tasting Note

Pale golden with fine mousse. Bright green apple, citrus and white peach, backed by brioche, toasted nuts and light minerality. Elegant, creamy mousse and a refreshing, clean finish.

Non-vintage cuvée blended from 100+ base wines with 20–30% reserve wines; traditional méthode champenoise; ~24 months on lees before release; dosage typical of Brut (~7–9 g/L).
