Tasting Note
Pale golden with green highlights. Aromas of toasted brioche, hazelnut, gingerbread, orchard fruits and citrus. Creamy, round palate that builds into a structured core, finishing with tangy clementine and pomelo notes.

Production Method
Traditional méthode champenoise: parcel fermentation (some Chardonnay in oak), bottled for second fermentation, aged on lees ~6 years, disgorged and dosed at 5 g/L.
