Tasting Note
Bright canary-yellow. Gradually revealing aromas of liquorice root, mocha, madeleine, hazelnut, vanilla, dried fig and mirabelle. Creamy, delicate mousse with aromatic sweetness, saline freshness, smoke and bitters on a generous, serene palate.

Oysters, oysters Rockefeller, lobster, scallops, sushi/sashimi, sashimi, tempura, crab, smoked salmon, roasted poultry, creamy shellfish risotto, Peking duck, mild cheeses, light foie gras preparations.
