Tasting Note
Pale yellow; vibrant citrus and stone fruit (lemon, white peach), honeysuckle, slate and saline minerality; creamy texture with racy acidity and long, steely finish.

Hand-harvested; fermented and aged in oak (34.3% new barrels); blended (54.7% Sauvignon, 45.3% Sémillon); bottled May 6, 2021.
