Concentrated blackcurrant, Morello cherry and wild blueberry with violets, tobacco, dark chocolate and forest-floor notes; bright freshness, fine-grained ripe tannins and a very long, mineral-driven finish

Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~76.8% in new French oak (around 18-20 months); rigorous sorting and cellar élevage.
