Deep purple-black. Aromas of black cherry, cassis, plum, violets, pencil lead and truffle. Full-bodied, dense core of black fruit, refined powdery tannins, bright freshness and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18–22 months in French oak (≈78–79% new); blended and bottled at the château.
