Tasting Note
Deep garnet colour. Aromas of blackcurrant, Morello cherry, rose petal, tobacco and pencil shavings. Medium–full-bodied with firm, grainy tannins, saline minerality and earthy layers, finishing long, energetic and refined.

Roasted or grilled lamb, ribeye, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar or comté; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu pork, Korean BBQ short ribs, soy-braised beef, rich Cantonese roasted meats.
Production Method
Estate-harvested grapes, traditional Bordeaux vinification with careful sorting; fermentation in vats; élevage in 68% new French oak barrels; matured c.18–20 months; bottled May 2019.
