Tasting Note

Black cherry, cassis and plum with dark chocolate, tobacco, cedar and graphite; savory spice, coffee and subtle truffle. Refined, velvety tannins, fresh acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats with malolactic fermentation; blended and aged 14–16 months in French oak (≈60–70% new).
