Tasting Note

Dense ruby color; intense black fruit (blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant), graphite, tobacco, smoke and cedar; powerful, concentrated palate with velvety yet firm tannins and a very long, mineral finish.

Western: roast lamb, rib‑eye or short ribs, mushroom risotto, braised beef, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese char siu, Korean bulgogi/galbi, soy‑glazed beef, mushroom and black‑bean dishes.


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation; aged in oak (≈16–20 months) with 75% new barrels (élevage typical of the château).
