Tasting Note

Closed nose with firm, linear dark fruit; on the palate complexity emerges with cedar, cigar and dry blackcurrant notes; structured, full-bodied and aging-capable.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; grapes destemmed, fermented (indigenous yeasts) with ~15-day maceration; malolactic fermentation; aged in French oak barrels (predominantly new) for ~18–24 months.
