Tasting Note
Pale salmon-pink; aromas of strawberry, white peach, orange peel and exotic fruit. Saline, fresh palate with redcurrant, citrus and floral-mineral notes. Medium-bodied with a long, mouthwatering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, bouillabaisse, grilled shrimp, salade Niçoise, ceviche, grilled fish. Asian: pad Thai, Vietnamese spring rolls, sushi/sashimi, light Thai green curry, Chinese-style steamed seafood.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; only free-run juice used. Low-temperature alcoholic fermentation to preserve aromatics; no malolactic fermentation. Estate plots HVE-certified.

Château Minuty — family-owned Matton‑Farnet estate since 1936, Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence. Vineyards on Gassin, Ramatuelle and Vidauban produce internationally known Provençal rosés.
