Tasting Note
Pale salmon pink with bright aromas of grapefruit, blood orange, white-fleshed fruit and fresh red berries. Saline-mineral core, crisp citrus acidity, subtle floral notes and a clean, zesty finish.

Food Pairing
Oysters and seafood platters, grilled fish, spaghetti alle vongole, roasted Provençal vegetables; sushi, ceviche, Thai seafood salads, grilled prawns, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
Grapes from selected Provence plots; traditional Provençal rosé vinification with direct pressing/short skin contact, cold-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, minimal oak and bottled young to preserve freshness.
