Tasting Note
Aromas of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and toasted oak. Palate shows brown sugar, toffee, baking spices, honey and gentle corn sweetness, finishing warm with cinnamon and light oak tannins.

Small-batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon; high‑corn mashbill (approx. 70–80%), entered barrels at 103 proof, aged in new charred American white oak, bottled at 45.7% ABV.
