Tasting Note

Warm toasted burnt sugar, caramel, candied cherry, vanilla and baking spices; starts bourbon-like with sweet vanilla, finishes spicy and rye-like with pepper and ginger.

Western: grilled ribeye, BBQ ribs, roasted pork, aged cheddar, dark chocolate. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, yakitori, spicy Sichuan dishes, teriyaki-glazed chicken.


Production Method

Small-batch sour-mash fermentation; distilled and matured in new, charred American white oak barrels; bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV).
