Tasting Note
Rich caramel, dark toffee and maple syrup up front with vanilla and charred oak; layered dried fruit, espresso, baking spice and tobacco notes. Full-bodied, warm spice and gentle ethanol heat with a long, slightly smoky sweet finish.

Western: aged cheddar, dark chocolate, roasted or smoked beef, maple-glazed pork, barbecue ribs. Asian: char siu, Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), hoisin/soy-glazed pork, spicy Szechuan dishes.
Production Method
Single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon; aged a minimum of 10 years in new, charred American white oak barrels (heat‑cycled warehouses). Selected barrels bottled at 94.4 proof (47.2% ABV); limited, small-batch releases.

Michter’s, originally a Pennsylvania label relaunched in the 1990s, is now based in Louisville/Shively, Kentucky. The house is known for meticulous barrel selection, maturation practices and limited single-barrel releases overseen by its master distillers.
