Tasting Note
Crimson with violet edges; black and red berries, cracked black pepper, violet and sweet spice, with graphite, olive-tapenade and smoky-mineral notes. Firm yet silky tannins, fresh acidity and a peppery, slightly savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Syrah, destemmed, cold maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel; aged ~18 months in oak barrels (about 10% new).
