Tasting Note
Blackberry and black cherry core with violet florals, cracked black pepper, olive/tapenade and light graphite. Silky tannins, spicy mid-palate and a fresh, slightly saline finish.

Production Method
Partial destemming (80–100%), indigenous-yeast fermentations, 18–21 day maceration in temperature-controlled stainless vats; élevage ~12 months in used oak/barriques.
