Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with rose petal, sweet spice and loamy/mineral notes. Silky texture, fine tannins and a saline, lingering finish—elegant and ethereal Chambolle character.

Western: roast duck, herb-roast chicken, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, miso-glazed salmon, shiitake noodle dishes, teriyaki chicken.
Production Method
Fermented with a portion of whole clusters (c.20–40%), matured ~12–14 months in oak (around 20% new). Blended from multiple village parcels.
