Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry and raspberry, rose petal and subtle underbrush, delicate spice, silky texture, fine tannins, saline minerality and a long, fresh finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; 100% destemmed; cold pre-fermentation 3–5 days; stainless-steel, temperature-controlled fermentation 18–20 days; aged ~14 months in 50% new oak barrels.
