Notable reviews for 2020 vintage: Jasper Morris ~90; Robert Parker (Wine Advocate) ~88; tasted and reviewed by Jancis Robinson
Tasting Note
Medium-full Chardonnay with lemon, pear, toasted hazelnut, and white flowers; chalky minerality, saline note and a subtly creamy, toasty finish. Bright acidity balances ripe fruit for a focused, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, mushroom risotto, butter-poached lobster, soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert). Asian: sashimi/sushi, miso-glazed black cod, ginger-scallion steamed fish, dim sum (har gow, siu mai).
Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; traditional Burgundian vinification with pneumatic pressing, barrel fermentation and ageing (limited new oak, ~20–30%), natural malolactic and minimal intervention.
Vineyard Info
