Tasting Note
Deep black-fruit core (blackberry, black cherry) with menthol/violet hints, vanilla and spice. Smooth, velvety tannins and ripe density, finishing long and elegant.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Merlot and Cabernet Franc; fermented in stainless steel/concrete; partly aged ~12 months in French oak (mix of neutral and some new).
