Tasting Note

Pale gold with citrus, white flowers, peach and quince aromas, subtle vanilla and toasty oak. Rounded palate of yellow fruit, grapefruit and almond, creamy texture and a fresh, slightly toasted finish.

Western: shellfish, lobster, grilled sea bass, roast chicken, creamy pasta, soft cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed fish with ginger & scallion, Chinese dim sum, light Thai seafood curries.


Production Method

Blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon; grapes harvested at maturity, low-temperature fermentation, partial ageing in French oak barrels, then blended and bottled.
