Tasting Note

Spicy, petrol‑tinged aromas of Granny Smith apple, lemon rind and white flowers. Mineral-driven, mid-weight palate with citrus-tinged acidity, saline minerality and a silky, lingering finish.

Western: langoustine, lobster, grilled sea bass, roasted chicken with cream, mushroom risotto, soft washed‑rind cheeses (Époisses). Asian: sushi/sashimi, miso‑glazed black cod, delicate tempura, lightly spiced Thai coconut fish curry.


Production Method

Hand-harvested Chardonnay from a 0.43 ha parcel; fermented and aged ~12 months in oak (25% new) then ~3 months in stainless; domaine practices raisonée/sustainable viticulture.


Vineyard Info

Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils — Meursault family for seven generations (~10–12 ha). Jean‑Baptiste manages; vines aged 25–70 years on clay‑limestone, very stony soils. Parcel size ~0.43 ha.
