Tasting Note

Honeyed orchard and stone fruits, toasted hazelnut, orange blossom and citrus zest, creamy mid-palate, saline minerality and gentle spice framed by subtle toasted oak.


Food Pairing

Western: roast chicken with beurre blanc, lobster or grilled sea bass, mushroom risotto, aged Brie. Asian: miso-glazed cod, steamed fish with ginger & scallion, tempura prawns, richer sushi (e.g., toro).


Production Method

Pressed and fermented in oak (demi-muids and barrels), circa 20% new oak; aged ~12 months in wood then 2–4 months in tank.

Seven-generation Meursault domaine (~10.5 ha). Les Grands Charrons parcels (1.5 ha) east-facing clay-limestone soils; Jean-Baptiste manages the estate.
