Tasting Note
Honeyed orchard and stone fruits, toasted hazelnut, orange blossom and citrus zest, creamy mid-palate, saline minerality and gentle spice framed by subtle toasted oak.

Production Method
Pressed and fermented in oak (demi-muids and barrels), circa 20% new oak; aged ~12 months in wood then 2–4 months in tank.

Seven-generation Meursault domaine (~10.5 ha). Les Grands Charrons parcels (1.5 ha) east-facing clay-limestone soils; Jean-Baptiste manages the estate.
