Fresh red and black cherry, wild strawberry, violet and sous-bois with discreet spice and cedar; medium-bodied, silky texture, fine firm tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats (mostly destemmed); aged ~12 months in French oak (≈30% new), then ~4 months in tank; light filtration.
