Tasting Note
Perfumed red and black cherry, ripe plum, violet, orange peel, jasmine tea and star anise; mineral core, silky tannins and firm structure carry a long, lingering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; grapes mostly destemmed and fermented on native yeasts; aged in French oak (around 50% new) for c.12–18 months.
