Tasting Note
Aromas of black cherry, cassis, spice, leather and subtle woodsmoke. Medium–full-bodied, bright acidity with concentrated dark-fruit core, firm ripe tannins and a long, savory finish with liquorice and gamey notes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; fully or mostly destemmed with short cold soak, indigenous yeast fermentation in vats, minimal pigeage; élevage 15–18 months in French oak (significant new oak for premiers).
