Perfumed and floral with violets, red cherry and raspberry, a mineral/iron backbone, light savory spice and silky, fine-grained tannins. Elegant mid-weight palate with a saline, lingering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; gentle cold soak, temperature-controlled fermentation (mostly destemmed), élevage 12–16 months in French oak (portion new), minimal filtration; made in a terroir-driven, low-intervention style.
